Sabit Aydın was born in 1974 in Ankara. After completing his education in 1994, he held senior executive positions at the family company, Çiftay İnşaat Taahhüt ve Ticaret A.Ş. Since 2007, he has been serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Z A Hazır Beton İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and Z A Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
Aydın also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Batıçim Batı Anadolu Çimento Sanayii A.Ş., Batısöke Söke Çimento Sanayii T.A.Ş., Batıliman Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş., Batıenerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş., Batıbeton Sanayi A.Ş. and Batıçim Enerji Toptan Satış A.Ş.

Caner Türkyener was born in 1974. He graduated from the Chemical Engineering Department of Middle East Technical University (METU) and the Business Administration Department of Anadolu University. He began his career as a Chemical Engineer at Çimsa Kayseri Plant, and between 2002 and 2014 held various positions across different Çimsa locations, including R&D, Production and Plant Management.

In 2014, he was appointed Sales Regional Director responsible for the Kayseri and Niğde regions, and in 2017 continued his career as Assistant General Manager responsible for Ready-Mixed Concrete and as an Executive Committee Member. Having worked at Çimsa since the beginning of his career, Türkyener was appointed Çimsa Technical Assistant General Manager on 16 November 2018. He served as Technical Assistant General Manager and Executive Committee Member at Aşkale Çimento between 2021 and 2022 and provided consultancy services to various Boards of Directors between 2022 and 2023.

As of April 2023, Türkyener joined the Batı Anadolu Group and currently serves as an Executive Committee Member and Head of Production Operations at Batıçim Batı Anadolu Çimento Sanayii A.Ş. and Batısöke Söke Çimento Sanayii T.A.Ş. He also serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Batısöke Söke Çimento Sanayii T.A.Ş.

In addition, he is a Board Member at Batıliman Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş., Batıenerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş., and Batıbeton Sanayi A.Ş.

Türkyener is fluent in English, married and a father of three.

Selçuk Uçar was born in 1979. He graduated from the Civil Engineering Department of Boğaziçi University in 2000 and completed his master’s degree in the same department in 2003. Uçar began his professional career in the United Kingdom in 2000 and, over the course of 23 years, held various positions at Sandoz A.G., MBT, Interfiks A.Ş. and the Turkish Ready-Mixed Concrete Association.

Uçar joined Batıçim Batı Anadolu Çimento Sanayii A.Ş. in 2020 and currently serves as an Executive Committee Member and Head of Marketing and Concrete within the Batı Anadolu Group. He also serves as an Executive Committee Member and Head of Marketing and Concrete at Batısöke Söke Çimento Sanayii T.A.Ş. In addition, he is a Board Member at Batıliman Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş., Batıenerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş.and Batıbeton Sanayi A.Ş.

Throughout his career, Uçar has conducted numerous studies, publications and presentations related to the cement and related industries, and has served on the boards and committees of various national and international associations and chambers. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Civil Engineering Departments at Özyeğin University and Bahçeşehir University. Uçar is fluent in English, married and a father of two.

Reşat Bağış Güngör was born in 1978. He graduated from Eastern Mediterranean University with a scholarship in English Business Administration in 2001 and completed his master's degree at Yeditepe University in 2002. Güngör began his professional career in 2004 as an Assistant Manager at Dışbank A.Ş. and gained extensive experience in Turkey and Switzerland by serving in various domestic and international private banks and financial institutions.

In 2012, he led the establishment and coordination of the Finance and Treasury Departments at Sun Tekstil Group, where he developed strong expertise in financial management, treasury management, asset management and corporate finance. He has also delivered training programs on financial literacy.

Güngör joined the Batı Anadolu Group in 2023 as the Head of Financial Affairs. He currently serves as Executive Committee Member and Head of Financial Affairs at Batısöke Söke Çimento Sanayii T.A.Ş. and Batıçim Batı Anadolu Çimento Sanayii A.Ş., and continues to serve as a Board Member at Batıliman Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş., Batıenerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş.and Batıbeton Sanayi A.Ş.

Mehmet Şahne was born in Ankara in 1967. In 1989, he graduated from the Police Academy. In the last 10 years, he served as Provincial Police Chief in Karaman, Mersin and Izmir respectively. He left his duty due to retirement.

Enis Turan Erdoğan was born in 1955 in Mersin. He graduated from İstanbul Technical University Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and completed his master’s degree in Business Administration at Brunel University in England in 1979. After returning to Türkiye, Turan Erdoğan held executive positions in various private sector companies and joined Vestel in 1988. He has held various executive roles at Vestel since then, serving as the President of Vestel Foreign Trade and as an Executive Member of the Board until 2013. He served as the CEO of the Vestel Group of Companies from January 2013 to September 2023. He also served as the President of TÜRKTRADE for two terms between 2002 and 2006 and was the first member elected to the DIGITALEUROPE Board from 2010 to 2014.

Ufuk Bala Yücel graduated from Boğaziçi University, and she also has a master’s degree from Marmara University, Institute of Banking & Insurance. She started her career at Uluslararası Endüstri ve Ticaret Bankası A.Ş in 1987. Afterwards, she worked as “Corporate Banking Branch Manager” at Yapı ve Kredi Bankası A.Ş. between 1987 and 1999 and at Finansbank A.Ş. between 1999 and 2000. Then she worked as the "Manager of the Loans Department" between 2001 and 2007 and "Assistant General Manager" between 2008 and 2018 at Türkiye Kalkınma ve Yatırım Bankası; Afterwards, she served as the “Assistant General Manager for Credits and Legal Affairs” at Türkiye Kalkınma ve Yatırım Bankası between May 2019 and 2022.
Ufuk Bala Yücel served as a Member of the Board of Directors in various companies in the years between 2006 and 2014. She also appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at TSKB GYO A.Ş between 2014 and 2018. She still continues to serve as a member of the board of directors in different companies.
